A Modern Chiropractic Experience

Where chiropractic care meets modern movement science

Our clinic blends traditional chiropractic principles with modern movement science. We focus on restoring proper joint function, improving mobility, and strengthening the body to support long-term health—not just short-term relief.

Care guided by assessment, progress, and continuous improvement.

We use functional movement assessments to identify imbalances, track progress, and guide care. This allows us to adjust treatment plans as your body improves, ensuring care that evolves with you.

Dr. Cole Karcz, DC

Chiropractor, CSCS, CES, CNS, CSNC

Background:

I am originally from Germantown Wisconsin, a northwestern suburb of Milwaukee. Since I was little, sports have been a very important part of my life and are ultimately what led me to a career in chiropractic.

After high school I went on to play football at North Dakota State for the Bison where I lived out my dream of playing Division 1 football. I made some incredible memories in Fargo, including winning 4 National Championships. During my career, I also discovered my need and passion for quality health care after many major injuries.

During my career, I had two knee surgeries, tore 2 of my adductor muscles, tore my labrum in my hip, tore my oblique, tore my pec, dislocated my shoulder, followed by surgery on it, and broke my hand and multiple fingers. By the end of my career, I was 275 pounds and was in an incredible amount of pain, taking pain medication and anti-inflammatory medication multiple times every day. Through all these injuries the only relief I found was from regular chiropractic care, mobility work, and quality nutrition.

After lots of education, some trial and error, and establishing many healthy habits, I now live a healthy lifestyle and have virtually no pain, without any medications. This is what fuels my intense passion for quality healthcare because I have been through lots in my life and want to guide others to make similar transformations.

Education & Experience:

I graduated with an exercise science degree from North Dakota State, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. I am also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, and a NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach.

After practicing in Minnesota for a few years after Chiropractic school, I decided to move back to Fargo to serve the Fargo community! I can't wait to serve you in the office!
